By registering an account, accessing, or using the akk444 platform in any manner, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy. These documents collectively form the entire agreement between you and akk444.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the akk444 platform and close your account. akk444 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file.

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with their natural English meaning. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity, the English version shall prevail.

To register and maintain an account with akk444, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

• You have not previously had an account closed by akk444 for breach of these Terms.

akk444 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth registration certificate. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds forfeited, and the matter reported to the relevant authorities where required by law.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the akk444 platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number capable of receiving SMS verification. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. akk444 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. akk444 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, particularly where there is evidence of fraud, abuse, violation of these Terms, or any activity that akk444 considers detrimental to the integrity of its platform or other players.

All financial transactions on akk444 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). akk444 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard (subject to availability)

Deposits are generally credited to your akk444 account within 60 seconds of confirmation from the payment provider. akk444 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 24 hours of submission, subject to identity verification requirements being satisfied. akk444 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that are flagged by our risk management systems.

Withdrawal conditions: Funds must have been wagered at least once before a withdrawal request will be accepted. Bonus funds are subject to additional wagering requirements as described in Section 5 below. akk444 will only process withdrawals to a payment method registered in the same name as the akk444 account holder.

akk444 is not a financial institution and does not pay interest on account balances. Player funds are held separately from operating funds to ensure their safety and availability for withdrawal.

akk444 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is offered, as well as these general bonus conditions.

Welcome Bonus: New players may be eligible to receive a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, and per device. Unless otherwise stated in specific promotion terms, the following standard conditions apply to all akk444 bonuses:

• Wagering requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified in the individual promotion terms) before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.

akk444 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or substitute any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be published on the platform and will apply from the date of publication.

All casino games available on the akk444 platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and verified for fairness. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are published within the game information panel accessible from the game lobby.

Sports betting and cricket betting markets on akk444 are offered at odds determined by our trading team. Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and a confirmation reference is issued, the odds are fixed for that wager.

Any account found to be engaged in the above prohibited conduct will be immediately suspended, all pending bets voided, and all balances withheld pending investigation. akk444 may share information with relevant authorities or sports governing bodies where appropriate.

akk444 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing players with the tools they need to manage their gambling activity. Gambling should always be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a means of generating income or solving financial difficulties.

All registered players have access to the following responsible gaming tools directly within their account settings:

In all cases, akk444's maximum aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player to their account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
